A defined decision or transition that would benefit from uninterrupted time. A recurring pattern you want to examine in one sustained block rather than across several weekly meetings.
The four-hour format creates room to stay with one clearly defined concern. It starts with clinical preparation before the session day and concludes with a follow-up two weeks later. It does not promise the outcome of a set number of weekly sessions.

Who it is for
Designed for people who have reached a critical point in their lives and need clinical depth within a short time horizon. For those who have already done work on themselves and for whom weekly therapy does not fit the phase they are in.
