Online Psychotherapy

What it is

Online therapy is a form of psychotherapy session conducted via video call.

The same approach as standard, in-person therapy. The same depth. The same techniques. A different setting.

How it works

We meet via video call. The session is structured, with a specific method, and follows the same process as in-person therapy. There is nothing you need to prepare in advance. You simply connect to our call from a space where you feel comfortable and we begin our work from there.

Why more and more people are choosing it

Because for most people, the difference does not lie in the quality of the therapeutic work, but in how easy it is to access it.

In online therapy there is no:

  • Need to travel.
  • Waiting room.
  • Unnecessary pressure (parking, weather, long distances, extra costs).

You can connect and complete the session from home, the office, or wherever works best for you. In practice, this way of working helps most people both to feel more comfortable and open up, and to commit consistently to continuing therapy.

And does it actually work?

Yes.

The effectiveness of therapy does not depend on a room. It depends on the structure of the work and the therapeutic relationship that is built within it. For most people, the experience is the same: after the first few minutes of the session, the screen disappears and the focus shifts entirely to the conversation.

What you need

A device with a camera and a stable internet connection. Absolutely nothing else.

Who it is for

Online psychotherapy works most effectively with people who:

  • prefer the comfort of their own space
  • have demanding, exhausting, or unpredictable schedules
  • live abroad or move frequently
  • are looking for a more flexible and accessible way to remain consistent

Some practical details

Sessions last 60 minutes. They are conducted via video call, on a platform we agree on together (Viber, Instagram, Messenger, or another). The schedule is flexible and can be adapted to your availability.
